Procurement Models

 

Model 1

JPLS source products, based on the customer specification provided, and then deal directly with multiple UK suppliers, negotiating the best purchase price possible. JPLS notify the customer of the pricing, terms, etc. and if acceptable, the customer pays the supplier directly, claims the VAT back themselves and arranges delivery to the JPLS Rainham.

Model 2

JPLS source products, based on the customer specification provided, and then deal directly with multiple UK suppliers, negotiating the best purchase price possible and pay and purchase directly on behalf of the customer on a purchasing agent basis. If acceptable, JPLS pays the supplier directly, including the VAT (which isn’t charged to the customer – see below) and arranges collection and delivery to the JPLS Rainham.
